Synopsis: Clodagh Martin is fond of her celebrity sister Imogen, but in small doses. So when she turns up drunk at Rainbow's End, Clodagh's animal sanctuary, announcing she's in trouble and staying for a long visit, Clodagh's not exactly delighted. She has enough problems right now. The business is broke, and there's been a worrying wave of vandalism. Is someone really trying to ruin her? A big property magnate, bad-lad Jack Thatcher, has been showing a rather strong interest in Clodagh lately. This gorgeously indulgent tale of romance, mystery, and a foul-mouthed parrot raise the question of whether is her assets or her that Thatcher is after.
My Verdict: This is a very entertaining and heart warming love story in a different setting. The author has brilliantly weaved together a wonderful love story in a farm environment, making it different from other reads which usually centers around love story in the city. The characters are very loveable especially the female lead. A wonderful read for if you're a girl who enjoys a love story with something different.
